Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy for faulty or change-of-mind items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If a product is faulty, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund. For change-of-mind returns, items must be in original, unopened packaging and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Yes, Click & Collect is available at all Carbatec retail stores. Simply select 'Store Pickup' at checkout and wait for our notification that your order is ready for collection.
